I decided to replace the dynamic microphone and interface with Antlion ModMic Wireless and therefore needed something for work, since I would not sit with the wireless microphone for more than 8 hours and then have enough battery. Later play games and chat online. This headset was the cheapest quality brand I could find with the stuff I need. I wanted something with USB as my previous front had noise issues and the headset cord didn't reach all the way to the back. The headphone pads could be a bit more comfortable but aren't terrible for a complete change of pace. I'm comparing this to the comfort of the DT 770 and DT 1770 headphones, so take that lightly as these are extremely comfortable (and expensive) headphones. Considering the price, the comfort is simply excellent. The mic seems good too, although it's hard for me to know exactly how good it sounds to others as I'm not allowed to test the quality with clients and our production systems seem to use poor audio quality (by my standards). At least the recordings of our phone calls sound terrible. I hope that's a far cry from what it sounds like to customers listening to us. These headphones experience channel imbalance when adjusting the volume on the right ear cup. This happens not only at low volume, but intermittently over the entire volume range. It's quite annoying and something to adapt to if you don't want to hear people on one side louder than the other (or games, I think, if you're actually using them for gaming). A star was deducted for this. If I have channel imbalance it should only be at low volume. I haven't had any of the BSODs others have reported and have been using them for months.
