The ball pump came with five needles as advertised and there is a free e-book (to be checked) as advertised. The pump and needles appear to be well made and durable. Its compact whip seems good for the park, but I had some concerns when ordering whether it would be strong enough. We immediately used it to inflate a soft basketball. The handle has a comfortable, ergonomic grip on the side of the ball that's a little easier to hold while inflating than my previous fully straight pump. I also like the soft material on the side of the pump. It maintains good pressure and it only took a few clicks to inflate the ball, there were no leaks when inflating. The soft needle stopper is a nice feature. The needle was easy to install and I can see how it will help prevent bent needles. Overall, I am satisfied with this pump and can recommend it unreservedly.
