Pleasantly surprised

My favorite old pastry brush (with traditional bristles) finally caught its breath when its head fell off. I read many reviews and decided to try these silicone brushes. They are amazing! What I like best is that the "bristles" are very soft and absolutely flexible. I like having two sizes and two handle lengths. Would recommend to anyone who loves to cook.
