Great price, ordered two. Big mistake. A larger shovel head would be beneficial if the grip was stronger and not as flexible. I can't use it to get to the bottom of the tray and knock out heavy clumps of waste. It works with visible clusters near the surface, but even then, caution is advised. Today I scooped about 1 inch deep and bent the handle. Suddenly, the handle ricocheted off, throwing used trash and excrement into the air, over the side of the box, and onto the floor. I went back to my old and smaller shovel with a thicker, stiffer handle that doesn't flex. I should never have attempted to replace it with a large and expensive dustpan that (pun intended) can't handle hard work. I do not recommend.
