Their support staff are very helpful in understanding my needs as well their process to execute them perfectly! They also provide great examples that I can use for inspiration when it comes time to build out campaigns myself.
Nothing really stands out here - they're doing everything right so far with me (and we've only been working together since June). As mentioned above though, if you need any help at all along your journey through building or optimizing an A/B test campaign then definitely reach out to this firm!! The benefits have exceeded our expectations thus far but there has not yet been one thing about which i could say 'it wasn't what we expected'. We started off using just 1 person from DataRatiti who helped us set up some initial tests within Google Analytics 360 while learning how data driven marketing works across various channels including email etc..
- This was actually hard because honestly nothing is exceptional enough throughout every step during implementation / strategy phase AND post launch phases where necessary adjustments were made by team members before final approval & publishing occurred..there weren’t outstanding specific positives other than general good vibes :) ! It's pretty rare these days finding such quality partners like @DataRtiTii
