I replaced the hoses on my inexpensive gauge kit because they were too stiff and twisted or loosened the ends a little every time I tried the gauges too just a little moving . This is a professional quality set of hoses that perform better than the original hoses and are available at a price that won't break the bank. If you use gauges every day you might justify spending a lot of money on Yellow Jacket hoses or something like that, but if like me you only need gauges occasionally but want them to work properly when you use them, these hoses are for you a good choice. Good workmanship of the brass ends; Good seals, not too hard. I'm glad I made the change.
