I usually wear a 9-9.5 and usually have to go up a size for mules and clogs. As you can see in the picture, 9.5-10 is very big for me. Also, a note on the style: the faux fur is not the same as the photo in the product description, it's more fluffy than fluffy. Doesn't look that pretty, but it's very soft and comfortable. The mule's rear lip is also much lower than it appears in the photos.
