Shoe buckle broken

My 15 month old daughter's shoes broke after 3-4 wears. When he tried to put them on today, they broke. We loved the shoes until this happened and we realized they weren't as high quality as we initially thought. We hope it was just a "bad pair" and not all shoes are like that, otherwise we won't buy this brand again.
