I bought this product for women in my family. I thought it would be interesting for all of us to do this together and compare the results. At first I was concerned about the size of the "boots" as there is a wide range of foot sizes in our family. My daughter wears a size 11 tight shoes, I wear a size 8 medium and my mother wears a size 9 double. I can say we haven't had any issues with misfit booties. The pack contained more adhesive strips than we needed to hold the booties in place and the strips stayed in place throughout the treatment. The second thing that alarmed me was the advertised "peach flavor". Nothing gets my stomach upset like the smell of a fake peach. I was pleasantly surprised that the smell of this product was very mild and not at all unpleasant. The instructions are very easy to understand. We soaked in warm water, put on booties and left the product for the maximum time stated in the instructions because our poor legs have seen better days. After removing the goods, we washed our feet and began to wait. We used this product on a Tuesday evening. Nothing next Sunday. We began to lose heart. On Monday evening, however, we were successful. It was amazing to see huge, thick layers of skin peeling off our feet, between our toes and even on the tips of our toes. That was incredible! Today is the third day of peeling - I can't believe how much skin is peeling off! I will say - do not refuse to soak your feet for at least 10 minutes every day. On the days I didn't have time to soak my feet, I noticed the flaking diminished somewhat, but after soaking, it almost immediately increased the flaking process. Resist the urge to "help." It would be very easy to peel the skin too deeply and end up with leg sores. If you let it exfoliate naturally, the skin underneath becomes soft, pink and very smooth. You can go to bed with socks so you don't leave dead skin on your sheets! I am very pleasantly surprised at how well this product works. I will definitely be a regular customer!
