Big for a small face; Good sleep results

Bought for my teenage daughter. The frames are big for her small face. However, she naturally feels tired at the right time of the night and is now able to sleep well. I would say the blue light blocking benefit is correct. The frame seems solid. The only downside is that it comes with a cloth holder rather than an actual case for safekeeping.
