A great way to clean power cords. I recently bought two new ham radios, one for SW and one for UHF/VHF. My power supply has mounting brackets on the back and a set of Anderson power poles on the front. I've already had an issue with the cable detaching from the connector on the back and this was a much cleaner fix than one on the back and one on the front of the PSU. I like it when the LEDs indicate blown fuses, although I hope it doesn't happen often. However, it is easier to keep the fuses together than to use the built in fuses that come with most ham radios. I simply added a couple of Anderson power poles to each of the radios, removed the built in fuses and attached them to this little device. Of course I install power poles on melted sections of wire for use in alternative installations. The included power pole connectors are a nice bonus. My two installations are connected and working fine. Now I just need to find more devices to connect to the extra slots!
