Overpowering chemical smell
When I opened it the chemical smell was so strong I put it in the garage for a few days. Even now, a week later, when the brush was on my face, I wanted to get rid of it, which I did. It might work for other people, but whatever release agents or polymers they use in it, they smell bad!
