It powers my Xbox.

It is MUCH louder than what I originally had with my 360. I never noticed my old PSU making any noise. To be honest the noise level is not bad, I just NEVER heard anyone make that much noise. Although this one was cheap; and a good backup power supply in case your original power supply fails. I mean, whatever it takes, it works.
