MEMORY FOR LIFE

Everything about this product is great. Love the fact that it comes with letter/number stamps. Good for people with bad handwriting like me. :-) The only thing that needs improvement is the HINGE on the C-pillar. A day after I placed the clay mold and everything in the frame, the hinge seemed too weak to support the frame's weight. I told the CEO about it and was very pleased with how she helped me to solve the problem. Indeed, TC! Total customer satisfaction! Keep it up. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to photograph the last part, which I did. I sent it to my mother when she went to the Philippines. But she's glad she has something that reminds her of her first grandchild.
