Review on HelloGuru by Phillip Reed

I used to use this tool regularly when working at my previous job, as it allowed me access all of our work documents from any device with an internet connection (which was great!). It's now been discontinued by another vendor so we're looking elsewhere! The product itself worked very well but there were some issues in terms where you couldn't sync files between different clients or devices easily - meaning if someone had made changes locally they would not be synced across other users/devices until those people logged back into their own account again which could cause major problems down time during busy periods etc. We have since found something else similar called ShareFile instead however unfortunately sharefile doesn’t allow us online document editing like hello guru did either via browser only desktop apps are available :( So maybe give them one more chance before dismissing? They do offer office 365 integration too though allowing easy file sharing through your email address rather than having 2 accounts set up just because its nice :).
