The price is fair, easy for end users and flexible with features. It's also very good as a post campaign reporting tool by pulling analytics from multiple sources (including external APIs). Sometimes it doesn't fully show up after initial signup so make sure you have sufficient resources available before signing up - we only had 4 video amps compared to our target audience of around 500+. Also make sure that your account reps are well versed in using all aspects of the product! Be prepared for an adjustment period when onboarding new rep teams with different skill sets and experiences; but overall its a great solution once figured out how to use it properly. Data collection across platforms into one place without manual entry or exporting/importing files. We used video amp for our local cable operator, I honestly don't recall any dislike of their product or service but we did not use it long enough (we were there only about 2 years). They do have some very good features like DVR scheduling that make them worth looking into if you are considering an alternative solution vs your current provider's offering as they can be more flexible with programming than most providers these days!
