I love the strength of these bottles and the durability of the straws and spouts. However, I do NOT like that you can't completely disassemble the spout mechanism. I bought these at the end of March and now have to sell them at the end of May as they are completely covered in mold in the undetectable part of the spout. **UPDATE** The seller was very concerned about my poor rating and agreed to send me replacement bottles. Now that I know how to take care of her (complicated process) I'm sure everything will be fine. First you need to remove the straw from the bottle. Then you need to find a way to support the silicone nose so it dries properly; If you don't do this, the grooves will become moldy. Finally, the tiny padding over the bottom of the spout needs to be removed. I had red mold (!) on the last one because I didn't take it off regularly to wash it. pictures below. All in all this bottle gives you a headache you know what but I think most of them are and my kids love these bottles so it's worth it. Oh, and many thanks to the salesman who was receptive to my constructive criticism that the business owner addressed the customer by name rather than 'love' to keep things professional.
