Excellent grinder. Everything is included (see photo). Documents with registration on the official website. Ideally, on the middle grill at 4 speeds, I managed 1 kg of pork (neck) in 2 minutes and 1 kg of veal with veins (trimmings) in 2 minutes (see video). Scrolled with a bang slightly reducing the speed in difficult places. After 4 kg of meat (pork / veal), a minimum of twisted veins remained on the steak and knife (see photo). On my mixer, the meat grinder is fixed with a special groove (see photo) and does not spin when we unscrew the front panel if it is necessary to change the grate. Plastic parts can be washed in PPM. Metal parts cannot be washed in the dishwasher, although this is not a problem. I definitely recommend buying.
