My son says the controller works well EXCEPT for the very loud echo he and his friends hear when using it. The headset has never mirrored any other controller, only this one. It may be defective. I asked the seller if he can help. It was just a waste of time. They requested some kind of video that I don't relate to and also talked about some uploads.? However. It must be plug and play. I had this problem with this headset and no other controller. As soon as my son switched back to a different wireless controller with the same headset, the echo stopped. Revain sent me a replacement and the second controller does the same thing, Echo. It also turns off randomly. This is inferior and overpriced. This is the same price as a GENUINE Microsoft branded Xbox controller. Unfortunately, this seller has absolutely no support. I will reach out to Revain as they ALWAYS help. Unless this is sold as a PRIME item in the future I would NOT buy it. The seller told me that he would consider refunding SOME money if the unit was defective and after I sent him the video. Good luck with it.
