Pretty good solution. Agreement 07.

Still a good cheap repair. Any issues reported in negative reviews were resolved by flipping the part or adjusting my assembly technique. I read a few reviews that said the jack didn't slide over the button. far enough to align the screw. If this happens, turn the key and try again. The flat blade of the wrench looks fairly symmetrical, but it isn't, and only fits properly into the plastic sleeve in one direction. Some of the negative reviews stated that the case didn't close tightly and properly. At first mine didn't want to either, so I took the key out the front and put it in the slots in the back first. Then it snapped perfectly into place. The screw that came with it went in with no problems. Removing the transponder from my original key took the most time. Mine was glued into the slot from the factory. It's easy to remove but I wasn't sure how durable it was so I took my time digging it up. The replacement case does not have a sealed transponder slot like the original. I used a dab of contact glue to keep it from rattling in a slightly larger area than the replacement. Yes, the buttons sit a bit deeper in the holes on this case, but that's not a problem. I'm glad I tried this fix. The negative reviews almost scared me. If something breaks soon I will update.
