The biggest benefit of using Bowtie as a risk assessment tool, is its ease of use. It's very intuitive to use and you can get some great insights from it quickly. I like the idea of being able to build different profiles for my business and have this reflected across multiple sites. Having the data stored centrally would be extremely helpful. Having said that, we don't currently store our data centrally but are looking at ways to do so. If you're looking for an easy to use risk assessment system, then Bowtie may be a good choice for you. We have used Bowtie to assess risks associated with fraud, customer care failures and supply chain risks.
