These Deesse drill brushes appear to be stiffer so use accordingly. In comparison, one brand has different stiffness options for different applications. Cleaning the tub and shower tiles worked well, but didn't work well on the shower curtain - that's where a hand brush worked better. I suspect thicker/harder bristles won't work on lightly textured surfaces unless you apply proper pressure. For example, a large flat brush didn't hit the grout as well, while a smaller flat brush cleaned them well (smaller area + same force = more pressure). Based on actual product photos, this is an all black version that is not as evenly distributed (compared to the black and yellow version in some photos).
