Not really worth it
This is not a waist trainer, in the slightest sense. It offers no support for your back and fits like a loose cloth around the waist rather than a band, the Velcro isn't strong enough to be wrapped tighter around the waist, so essentially it won't really help you lose weight or help that area sweat as it claims. It's sad because it was actually my size, but I don't see how it can be used as advertised.

- Helps improve digestion and reduce bloating after meals
Cons
- May not provide enough support for those with severe muscle degeneration or atrophy
