Sturdy and easy to use. Holds multiple frying pans securely and doesn't scratch them. The one problem I have is that the U shape will only accommodate lids that have a round handle. My lids have a bar handle and the U shape is too shallow to hold them securely. It can still be used but I have to space them out further in order to make it work with bar handled lids which means fewer will fit in one rack. I'm using it for frying pans and baking pans instead. I'll have to find a different brand to accommodate my lids. Overall a great product but not for lids unless the handles are round.
