Just received today. Really wanted to try it after reading many reviews from many other hair dryers and couldn't afford a Dyson at the time. Nothing special to add, it looks like in other photos. Small / compact, powerful, precise. Absolutely everything I was hoping for as I've spent more on this than any other hair dryer in the past. She dried her hair quickly, it became very shiny and smooth. However, when I put the dryer down after I was done, this appeared on the plastic after the first use. If it's heat discoloration or something like that, I don't know what's causing it, but it's unsightly at best and I don't want to anticipate what to expect over time with each subsequent use. Overall very happy with this item, however I have a few concerns as to what could possibly be causing the discoloration. If it gets any worse it will be very unsightly on my otherwise nice hair dryer. Will update if it gets worse or doesn't change, only time will tell. I wish I could give 5 stars but right now I just can't in good conscience. Update: I have ordered a replacement and will update again with a replacement after the first use to see if I have a better experience.
