I bought this because I'm 44 years old and I work at a desk and I noticed that I slouch a lot. After trying the posture corrector on, I immediately felt the difference not only in my posture but also in my back. It may sound strange, but standing and sitting with good posture has given me more confidence. I was so impressed with this product that I let my 24 year old son try it while working at Apple and now he wants one for himself. Exercises to improve posture. Haven't tried the exercises yet but will post an update when I do. I highly recommend the posture corrector and so does my son. lol
