Been using Linux Mint 20.1 for about 5 weeks now. The only small issue is that the drivers that came with the adapter didn't match the ones I received, but the company emailed the correct driver straight away. I didn't have to contact them, it just happened as part of the purchase. Really good, proactive customer service. I've been using a ThinkPenguin Wi-Fi adapter I bought last year, and while I want to support Linux-focused businesses, this BrosTrend adapter is better for a number of important reasons: it has better range, it supports 5G (the ThinkPenguin not), It was more stable (meaning the Penguin adapter had to be reset randomly every few weeks for reasons I never could figure out) and cheaper. simpler, but if you have at least some knowledge (like me) to install linux drivers I would recommend this BrosTrend. I don't know why other people using Mint are having problems. You just have to match the driver with the model from the list in the email that the company sends you.
