I ordered two, one for me and my son. It came in a soft envelope which thankfully didn't tear. Both instruments were badly dented and scratched, the tape securing the instrument to the packaging was covered in sand. After using it for two weeks with different sized pens and pencils, the tool has become a mess to use. No matter how I hold the thing, it jams when spinning and almost always ruins the paper. Make a whole circle and go through it again, because sometimes I want to make the circle bold, it's pointless, it never goes over the same area twice. The final product looks dirty and that's why the side is dented on the other side. I was expecting more from this as the videos and reviews online were so great. But it makes me angry to throw away my journal and the planners I used them on and start over.
