My experience as a product manager has taught me to have high expectations for my time spent online purchasing. The CDCASA website, unfortunately, fell lacking in a number of important areas. To begin, the descriptions of their products were not sufficient. Although they stated that their living room furniture was "stylish and comfortable," they did not provide any information regarding the products' measurements or the materials from which they were constructed. Because of this, it was difficult to determine whether or not the furniture would fit in the space I had available and whether or not it would stand up over time. Second, the website was difficult to traverse and moved painfully slowly. It took an interminable amount of time for pages to load, and I frequently discovered that I had clicked on the wrong links. In addition, their checkout procedure was overly complicated, consisting of multiple stages and fields that were difficult to understand. Last but not least, their customer support was below average. It took me several attempts to get in contact with someone when I had questions about a product. Even so, the representative was not all that helpful in answering my questions. My experience purchasing items from the CDCASA's internet store was, on the whole, not satisfying to me. Their products might be attractive, but their website is uninspiring, and they have terrible customer service, so it's hard for me to feel confident in the things I buy from them.
