Great Place To Work And Excellent Lawyers

I really enjoyed working at B&M for two years as an associate attorney doing labor/employment work while living outside of Boston. It was my first time practicing employment law so it took some getting used to but overall I found that they are very professional and helpful when you need assistance from them during this tough economy period. Honestly there is not much that i dislike about B&M other than their billing rates (which honestly aren't exactly low). They do great work however if your looking more into intellectual property or general corporate legal matters then look elsewhere because these areas will be under taken care of best internally rather than relying upon external counsel. I worked primarily out front counsels cases which meant dealing mainly w/ business contracts negotiation including severance agreements. My favorite part of working at B&M is being able to work from home when I need some time for myself or family! It's also nice having flexible hours because it can allow me more flexibility about my schedule (I'm not stuck doing all day). There are many benefits that come along w/ this job so far but honestly nothing much as an issue yet - which makes sense since we've only been here less than 2 months!!
