Review on Black Tectonic Medium Backpack by Samsonite by Scott Rose

This is a beautiful case that has the professional look to use at work. I took it to a conference in Amsterdam and it had enough space for the things I needed on the plane. I'm about 5ft 5in and slim so it's a good size for me and the bag doesn't look any bigger than me. I liked this bag so much I bought it for my 17 year old son for school. Very durable and has just the right size compartment. Pros: The computer compartment is well padded although it is quite thin. You can fit a laptop and maybe a few folders in it, but that's about it. The middle compartment offers enough space for folders and maybe a thick book or hoodie. The top handle is very strong. The cup holders are just the right size to easily hold a regular sized water bottle and are firm enough to hold in place. The front pocket zips open at the sides, making it easy to get in and find everything you need. It's a bit narrow, but not intended as a large backpack, so that's fine. There is a front pocket that you can put your backpack in. Cell phone inside (but not padded) or flight/train ticket Cons: The problem I found was the backpack's straps, they are comfortable and fairly padded, but each time I tried my other Putting my hand in the loop stretched very far and I had to constantly adjust to tighten it. Once installed and adjusted, they stay in place. Maybe a lot of backpacks do that, but my old one doesn't. What I don't like is the mobile phone pocket on the inside, the spacious compartment for folders and books. It's a pretty awkward place for a phone, and the green case isn't attached to the pocket, so it dangles and gets in the way EVERY TIME I try to reach for or put something in that compartment. I need to buy some kind of strong velcro so I can attach it to the lining so it doesn't get in the way.
