Very good replacement for my old rice cooker. My old rice cooker has a "non-stick" surface, so a true non-stick surface is much appreciated on this one. The IMUSA cooker is easy to use because it's the same as all the rice cookers we've used for decades. And it can also be used to steam vegetables. This is the ONLY WAY to cook rice! Rice is cooked quickly, plump without lumps and wonderful. Don't stand by the stove and stir. And it rinses off quickly too. Buy it! Especially buy it if you're going to be cooking rice on the stove anyway and stirring for hours.
