LOVE my organizer so this is actually the second one I've bought. The only downside is that the drawers are a bit difficult to put in and take out or open. I'm a shoe designer so all my crystals are in these boxes and when I wanted to put the box back in it was so hard for me to get back in when I finally did (the bump that keeps the box from falling out) . As soon as I pushed the box and he hit the bulge, the crystals flew and crumbled. So my suggestion is: grab the crate from the back and lower it onto the bump, or grab the sides of the crate and lower it. and it will not shake the drawer and prevent your items from falling out
