Poorly made, the welds look like they were made by a schoolboy, not symmetrical. The steering wheel attached to the seat was crooked. The instructions list different types of screws but don't say where to go. There was a nylon lock nut but it didn't say where it went. I would not put my dog in this chair let alone a child.
