Foreword: I only ordered it to listen to music from my mobile phone while driving. I have not tested the call, intercom or FM radio functions. It's always easier to list what I don't like: - The sound quality isn't great for music, but when you add in the wind and engine noise, I don't think any helmet speakers will sound as good. . But don't expect audiophile quality. At high volume, which is often needed when driving fast, the sound becomes severely distorted, cuts out, etc. Although it's better than nothing!- The microphone is preferably detachable, or they made another model without a microphone. I didn't want this and ended up cutting it off, effectively breaking part of the device's connection. You can't just bend it aside or hide it somewhere without it getting in the way. It was glued tight, so I ripped it off. Worst of all is a proprietary connector for audio and charging. It's a connector that looks like a micro-USB, but it's not. This is where speakers/microphones are connected. To charge, unplug your speakers and plug in the proprietary charging cable (the other end plugs into any standard USB charger). I'd MUCH rather see a standard micro-USB charging port and a separate 3.5mm audio jack for speakers and mic. Personally, I would pay more for a device with such features - I don't like the way the dial behaves. To skip tracks forward/backward, spin the wheel quickly one way or the other (it always returns to the center position, this isn't like the volume knob you find in a car). To change the volume, press and hold in a specific direction. This "press and hold" action takes too long and makes precise control difficult, as if reducing it by even 1 or 2 levels would be difficult. It often happens that you play too loud, then too soft and then, if you're lucky, do everything right. I would have preferred the volume control to be a quick click and track skips, which are less common, to be a press and hold. Sometimes you go to change the volume and don't hold the wheel long enough and you end up skipping tracks. No beeps or feedback when volume is changed like other Bluetooth audio devices I've used. What I like: - The large rotary knob and buttons are very easy to use, even with thick gloves - they definitely get loud, painfully loud. You shouldn't have any hearing problems. The attachment mechanism is strong but easy to remove for charging. The length of the cables is just perfect, you can easily route the cables under the helmet liner. The helmet came with lots of velcro to attach the speakers and receiver box. The receiver box seems solid and well made. The build quality of the speakers is terrible
