I've been using these for a month now and they are perfect for my needs as a beginner runner. This is my first hydration belt and it's so much better than carrying a bottle in my hand and I carry the bottle on the front. I run distances up to 13 miles and my pace is 9 to 10.5 minutes per mile. The belt is unobtrusive and once I get into a 10-15 second walk cycle there is absolutely no bounce and I don't even think about wearing a belt while running. The bottles are easy to remove and the lids do not open. flow at all. I have to use both hands to put the bottles back in, but at my pace it takes a few seconds and now that I have multiple uses I can do it non-stop. Not sure, but it seems that the bottle's tight fit correlates with the lack of bounce and also allows for bottle angling, keeping it on track. I don't have a cell phone at the moment, but my iPhone 6s fits in a slim case. I carry a few gels and energy blocks and have plenty of room for more of my runs (without my phone), although at 20 ounces I'll have to plan for extra hydration if I start to hit 15 miles or if temperatures start to rise.
