This bag is really great. Perfect size for our 1 year old pug terrier mix. The inside isn't very soft, but it's lightly padded and probably easy to wash. I use the front pocket for my ID, debit card, keys, and treats to keep him interested. The construction looks very solid, I like the color and the wide shoulder straps. For some reason I never get the outside strap to stay on my shoulder when the pup is in the bag. Not sure why. So all very well, although I would like the strap not to bother me and it would be useful to have a little more space to store human things. Ouch! The straps in the bag are a great idea, but they're too short for us to do anything.
