Looks great and the old girl loves the plush. No weird crinkly noises like you get from some other blankets, we actually can sleep with it on the bed and not be bothered when the doggo moves around. Got this cause the old girl is having issues controlling her bladder cause of her meds. It works fantastic for most of her accidents. However, we have had a few cases/accidents where the top of the duvet, under the mambe blanket, is a bit damp and is definitely a bit of her pee which seeped through the mambe blanket. Haven't had anything soak through the duvet though, and the cases where some seeping happened, there was a lot of liquid involved. So, over all definitely a great blanket, but I wouldn't say 100% waterproof.
