Ordered first, arrived cracked and dented. I doubt it came that way from the factory, but that's how it arrived. The supply chain does not care if the products are damaged in transit. That keeps them in business, right? Replacement requested, arrived within a week. In the factory packaging, the frame was cambered laterally and vertically. I put it on a flat surface and it sits like a banana. Complete garbage product. Weak rails. It took 2 steady-handed adults to straighten the rails as much as possible, hoping the rail joints wouldn't break. THEN a wood router and wood saw had to be used to create two boards of wood to fit in the grooves on the back to try to keep the cardboard backing flush with the plexiglass face so the poster and plexiglass were flush with the frame . Not disappointed. Just very disappointed in a $40 product that doesn't cost $10. total divorce.
