This is a compact tankless reverse osmosis system so we bought it for our RV. Before I go into this review I just want to say that the water is good. Total dissolved solids are lower than bottled water after you let it sit for a while. Taste: perfect, no complaints. Now for wheeled use; There are a few problems with this RV thing. Problem one: I was planning to put the box component in the closet, but what the heck? It has buttons and lights! The front panel must be exposed. The second problem: the backlight is light blue, it is NOT possible to look at it at night. Well I figured I'd just put it on the switch, turn off the power, turn off the light. Big. ish. Problem three: Every time this thing loses power, it pumps dishwater down the drain for 30 seconds when power is restored. Because water usage is a major concern in an RV, the daily loss of that water is suboptimal. Verdict: This is a tankless, low-waste reverse osmosis system that produces good water, but is problematic when installed in an RV. If you are looking for your mobile home I would suggest checking other options. We will replace this one sometime in the future (when does it need filters?) if I find a better solution. I don't hate it, but I don't like it.
