Waist is extremely small.
The waist on this petticoat is 18in un-stretched and then goes to about 30in which pulled as hard as I could. I bought this based on reviews from others with much bigger waists than 18 inches. I'm not sure what happened here since almost all the reviews are positive. Very disappointed.
- Great product for the price. Arrived well-packaged and on time!
- Must be dry cleaned, adding extra expense and time to wedding prep
