Cons: - Requires a half inch diamond tipped hole saw if you have granite countertops. .I received my order today and had the opportunity to install and test it. Everything was very easy except for the fact that I made a hole in my granite countertop. I suggest watching a short video on how to do it right if you're laying granite too. After watching the tutorial video it was pretty easy, it just took a while to make a clean, slow and smooth cut. I put pipe mounting tape on every thread I could, that was at about three points, and I had no leaks on the first try. Based on other reviewers, I was initially concerned that I would receive an appliance with a short handle that wouldn't work on a 1 1/4" counter, so I contacted Frizzlife prior to ordering. They gave me a 99% discount code for theirs longer stem but when I received my item it actually already had a longer stem so I now have an extra one which I probably won't use but that's ok They also respond late to emails at night The water tastes great great and I am very happy with this purchase so far. If there are any issues I will update this review. Glad to have clean tasting water again :)
