Different packaging
I have been using Lancome definitions for many years. When the package arrived I was surprised to see that the mascara tube and the labeling on it didn't match what I had at home - the gold accents were missing and all the labels were in different places with different wording. I ended up sending it back because I wasn't sure if it was the same product I had always used.
