To be honest how these ladies managed to wrap this thing around their necks twice I don't get it. I bought this for my nephew to use as part of his Halloween costume. Be aware that my nephew is quite thin, he has to wrap his face and cover it a bit, but for that the scarf practically suffocates him. We ran our own scarf experiment to see if we could replicate the looks sported by some of the women who posted photos and stock images, but this scarf just couldn't be long enough for one of them. It's probably my fault for not checking the dimensions, so I thought I might serve as a warning to others. On the other hand, it's a very pretty and very soft scarf, although right out of the box the ends unravel a little, so we'll see how it holds up!
