Overall, applying the screen protector was an easy task, although I did notice the screen was slightly scratched using the alcohol wipe provided, I thought the main unit screen was glass, but it is plastic. After installing the screen protector, I noticed that the sides don't stick to the screen, but in general the clarity is good, but the fact that the sides and top aren't fully pressed onto the screen causes me a little obsessive-compulsive disorder. Tried contacting support to get a replacement, no response yet.
