I really like the look of this microwave oven. I liked it so much that I bought a coffee pot and toaster to match. I would happily wait to purchase other items because although the microwave works, if you heat anything longer than 6 minutes it shuts off completely. The defrost function is also useless as it shuts off before it even gets hot. The microwave oven has to cool down for about 10 minutes before we can use it again. Needless to say, this defeats the whole purpose of a microwave. You can see why it takes you so long to heat something, but I love eating very hot food and have never had a problem with even the cheapest microwaves I've bought at Walmart. I will continue to use until I run out. Very disappointing as it looks beautiful. Coffee maker and toaster work great.
