Very recently, I had a terrible encounter with THONSEN Company. As a repeat customer, I know I can count on receiving excellent support and top-notch goods from this web shop. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with my most recent purchase. First, there was a significant disruption to my operations because of the delay in receiving my purchase. After waiting a long time for my order to come, I discovered that several things were missing, including the labels and indexes I had requested. I wasted both time and money because the stamps I got were of such low quality that I couldn't even use them. When I tried to call customer service about these problems, I got unhelpful people who denied responsibility for the problems. Despite my best efforts, I was ultimately left dissatisfied and irritated by the situation. To avoid any further disruption to my business operations, I had to find new sources to replace the missing goods. In sum, if you're looking for dependable, high-quality workplace supplies, I wouldn't go with THONSEN Company. I feel betrayed by the company's lack of responsibility, and as a result, I plan to take my business elsewhere.
