The best thing about this service is that it's easy to use, cheap prices for domains names at any level of quality (TLD or cc), excellent support team available 24/7 via Live Chat feature which actually answers every question you have! I would like some more features added such as email forwarding from my old hosting provider so when ever someone emails me with info@mywebsite they will be automatically forwarded over without having them resend their message twice! It was great experience working with Namecheap but i did feel somewhat confused by lack of clear instructions before signing up especially if your first time registering an existing website using its services - maybe give users better information regarding what functions are offered within those pages? For example how many TLDs can we register under one account etc..
