This is a magic blanket! I wasn't expecting anything special when I got this because it's a blanket and such. what can you really expect But somehow it's imbued with some kind of magic and this is my new favorite blanket! First, I love the pattern. I wasn't sure at first, but I liked it. It looks like watercolor strokes. Second, I am a sweaty Betty at night and always have been. I'm always hot when I sleep, but I can't sleep well without a blanket of any kind. This creates problems. When I sleep I always have a fan pointed towards me and adjust the heating/air conditioning as needed, turning my bedroom into a fridge. And still I was sweating, no matter how light my blanket was. Fourth, my cat loves it. This cat never sleeps or hangs on my bed. He is a rather restless cat and is afraid of me 50% of the time because everything scares him. So he doesn't hang around on my bed, preferring to sleep in more secluded places like his cat closet or the cat couch on the floor in the corner. But ever since I got this blanket, it lies on my bed every day. He even made a little sleeping den out of it and rested for a while. This blanket worked its magic to lure my anxious, nervous kitten into its gentle comfort and if that isn't good enough then I don't know what is! This is a very, very good blanket.
