I love making drinks for guests and I have LOTS of ice trays. I have bullets, skulls, metal cubes, whatever. But this one is absolutely my favorite. It makes big, great looking cubes that are perfect for serving in a Rocks glass. The bottom of the tray has a chamfer that gives the cube a stylish, professional look, while the smooth sides make for a very clean finish. We've found that the best way to use them is to fill each cell to the bottom. Be sure to leave some space for the water to expand without squeezing the cubes. Once they get cold, they slip out easily. Place them upside down in a glass (rough surface towards the top of the glass) and pour the drink to make it look amazing, just like in a bar.
